International Shipping
International shipping is something we are considering. However, international shipping is expensive. Please contact us at support@7rubyroad.com and we will look at this on a case-by-case inquiry
CANADA – For our Canadian customers we offer $40 USD flat standard rate shipping to Canada for 1 item, shipping time can vary. Please contact us at support@7rubyroad.com if you would like to order more than one items so we can get the best rate for you.
NOTE: Any international order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 7 Ruby Road is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@7rubyroad.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Delivery
It is up to the customer to provide an accurate address and an appropriated drop off location. If we are notified that you have not received the item and after investigation the carrier demonstrates that the item is delivered, 7 Ruby Road do hold any responsibility for items that have been delivery and have gone missing.
orders may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
